Third BMB 0.6 beta

The third beta of Bookmarks Menu Button 0.6 features two new menus for unfiled bookmarks and tags. They are placed underneath the existing bookmarks toolbar menu. The settings dialog has been slightly re-designed and it allowes you to disable each of the three submenus! Dragging tagged or unfiled items from their respective menu to other menus is possible but not the other way around.
